Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking & no sales tax. We want your experience to be simple and efficient – just the way we like it.

The Order Processing Times

It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.


Shipping Time

If you are located in the United States or one of the regions where we have our distributors (Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom), the shipping time will range from 3 to a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the area. For those residing in other regions, the shipping time will be between 3 to 15 business days.

Please note: the time from placing an order to receiving it will be the shipping time plus the order processing time. During certain peak periods throughout the year, shipping carriers may require additional time to deliver orders to the designated address.


Delivery

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Shipping Delays

  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
  • Usually, it takes about 30 days for some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy.
  • Please submit a ticket within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
